Project Summary:
This project involved the construction of 13 apartments with an underground basement car park. Melbourne Engineering Consultants’ involvement in this project included the structural
design of the superstructure including basement retention, footings and a combination of suspended concrete and lightweight floors with tiled roofs. Melbourne Engineering Consultants was also responsible for the design of the Stormwater Drainage system incorporating water-sensitive design principles.
