Project Summary:
Construction of 25 apartments with an underground basement car park. Melbourne Engineering Consultants’ involvement worked on the structural design of the super-structure including basement retention, footings, and a combination of suspended concrete and light-weight floors, with a metal roof. Melbourne Engineering Consultants was also responsible for the design of the Stormwater Drainage system incorporating water-sensitive design principles.
