Project Summary:
Construction of 10 apartments with an underground basement car park. Melbourne Engineering Consultants worked on the structural design of the super-structure, including basement retention, footings, and a combination of suspended concrete and light-weight floors, with tiled roof. Melbourne Engineering Consultants was also responsible for the design of the Stormwater Drainage system incorporating water-sensitive design principles.
