Project Summary:
This project involved the construction of 9 two-storey units with a common underground basement car park. Melbourne Engineering Consultants’ involvement in this project included the structural design of the superstructure including basement retention, footings and a combination of suspended concrete and light-weight floors with a metal roof. Melbourne Engineering Consultants was also responsible for the design of the Stormwater Drainage system incorporating water-sensitive design principles.
