Project Summary:
Construction of 13 apartments with an underground basement car park. Melbourne Engineering Consultants’ involvement in this project included the structural
design of the superstructure including basement retention, footings and a combination of suspended concrete and lightweight floors with tiled roofs. Melbourne Engineering Consultants was also responsible for the design of the Stormwater Drainage system incorporating water-sensitive design principles.
