Project Summary:
Construction of 3 luxury townhouses with an underground basement car park for six cars. Melbourne Engineering Consultants’ involvement in this project included the structural design of the structure including basement retention, footings and a combination of suspended concrete and light-weight floors with tiled roofs. Melbourne Engineering Consultants was also responsible for the design of the Stormwater Drainage system incorporating water-sensitive design principles.
